The Mother & Daughter duo of Paper-Craft give
Stationery a new dimension. Their Stationery goes beyond the commonplace Stationery
we see in most of the shops these days. Anjali
Tibrewala, a talented young entrepreneur who enjoys creating stationery of sorts
started showcasing her wares way back in 1984. She started by exhibiting her products
at private exhibitions and, on receiving an overwhelming response from the fellow
stationery lovers; she got on full swing with the making of an exquisite and innovative
range of stationery products.
With time, Anjali’s equally talented mother,
Mrs. Prem decided to join her in this venture. And, now the duo is going strong,
creating a spectrum of personalised stationery. Their stationery products are
a sheer delight as they are one of their kind, with innovative ideas and designs
inculcated in each one of them On being asked if they repeat their designs or
if they keep introducing new ones, Mrs. Prem said “Our products are not the run-of-the-mill
kind, they are personalised ones, hence we keep introducing new designs.”
Currently, Anjali is operating Paper-Craft from her residence itself, but her
wares are also available at a Pedder road based stationery shop called “Papertree.”

Paper-Craft
offers a wide variety of products and their product line ranges from gift boxes,
gift bags, gift tags, decorative envelopes, notelets, greeting and wedding cards,
photo frames to magnetic notice boards, magnetic photo frames, wine / champagne
bottle bags, punchies, invitations, personal and business letterheads and visiting
cards. Infact, Anjali has come up with an innovative range of products, viz.,
‘The Baby Announcement Collection’ that act as personalised messengers for conveying
to your distantly based close relatives about the arrival of a baby in your family.
This collection includes various products like baby announcement cards, boxes,
photo frames and albums.
The products of Paper-Craft are a combination of
beauty and utility and are aimed at making gift giving a more pleasurable experience
with no hassles involved. However, these products appeal only to a niche audience
because of their pricing, which is on the higher side. As Anjali herself puts
it “Not everyone is willing to pay Rs. 35/- for a gift box unless the person is
a stationery lover.” But, when you realise that Anjali and her mother give individual
attention to each of the products and personally make each of them, the prices
